Western Construction renovated the Hotel Murano from the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Tacoma, WA. 320 rooms and all the public spaces, meeting rooms, ballroom, restrooms and lobby. Project duration was over 1 year. Extent of difficulty ranged from open remodel, schedule milestones, high quality and construction detailing.
