Mill Plain Plaza II center is a 5.25 acre site consisting of 64,612 square feet of retail and 7,217 square feet of restaurant space. The retail space is occupied by two major anchor tenants: Borders Books, Inc. and Wild Oats, Inc. Other retail tenants include: Dwell, When the Shoe Fits, First Horizon Bank and Red Robin Restaurant. The Project consists of all the site work and construction. Total commitment and effort from the Owner, the Design team, and the Construction team was the nucleus for the success of this project.
